Note: You are responsible for the shipping cost from Japan, as well as the Import Duty and Sales Tax in
your country.
- Order a Laser Turntable (LT):
- Send an e-mail to chiba at laserturntable dot jp or
- Send a fax to +81-48-883-8503
- Payment: Payment in full must be made before we ship your LT.
- Delivery: We will ship your LT to you within three (3) weeks upon receipt
of your order. Delivery usually takes about a week.
- Warranty: Every LT includes a 5 year warranty. If
you experience any problems with your LT:
During the first five (5) years of ownership:
ELP will send you a brand new Laser Turntable to replace your LT. Once you have received the new machine, you get to keep it and ship your old model to ELP. Shipping costs to and from Japan are free during these first five years.
After the first five (5) years of ownership:
You send your LT to Japan and cover the cost of shipping (to and from Japan) and repairs (approximately $300 - $500 US).
