How to Order

• Step 1: Customize your ELP Laser Turntable model with the features you would like to include, then submit this online purchase order form.
• Step 2: ELP will send you a Pro-Forma invoice in order to receive payment from your bank or PayPal (see note in Step 3 regarding PayPal).
• Step 3: You pay the first half of the total amount in cash via wire transfer OR the full amount via PayPal.
• Step 4: After receiving the initial payment, ELP will send you an Order Acknowledgement.
• Step 5: If you chose to pay using wire transfer, you pay the balance of your payment 2 weeks prior to your LT being shipped.
• Step 6: ELP ships your LT to you via FedEx. Your LT will arrive within a few days of shipment.

Important Notes Regarding Ordering Your Laser Turntable

1. To ensure you receive emails from ELP of Japan, please add chiba@elpj.jp to your list of safe email senders.
2. ELP accepts payment in the following currencies: US Dollar, Australian Dollar, UK Pound, Canadian Dollar, Swiss Franc, Euro.
3. Laser Turntables are only able to play black vinyl records (no red, blue, green, etc.).
4. The shipping cost from Japan will be added separately.
5. New Laser Turntable Models include a 2-year limited warranty.
